You are entitled to the exclusive ownership of a land parcel once you purchase it in Life 3.0. Users may buy, sell, or rent land at any time, peer-to-peer, on the official ShubhiTech World Marketplace, or via OpenSea, where the digital land for Life 3.0 will be created.
